Anne founded Coaching for MasteryTM in 2000 and has worked with numerous executives and teams to improve their performance and wellbeing. She has also trained and supervised other coaches worldwide. She favours a results focused approach employing a blend of established coaching methodologies including: action learning, Socratic dialogue, skills rehearsal, bookending critical events, high velocity action planning, appreciative inquiry, etc.
Executive Women's Development
Anne Oberon was awarded the Baroness Platt, Award Equal Opportunities Training Award for her work with executive women. She is a regular contributor to Executive Woman magazine and is a speaker at the Gender Equality Forum, Sandhurst. She has also worked with mixed groups on gender diversity.
