Assignment include:

Cambridge Leaders’ Academy – Programme Manager for a peer learning group of Chief Executives in high tech’ companies in Cambridge including ARM, Red Gate Software, Velocix, Citrix, Cambridge Silicon Radio etc.

Avon UK - Worked with the President of Avon UK and the VP Sales and Marketing to transform the role of Business Development Manager and provide a multi-disciplined development programme for the team of eight Business Development Managers.

Kier Construction - coached senior team and led a culture change programme embedding core values throughout Kier NW.

Lloyds TSB - designed an acclaimed series of leadership skill-shots based on ‘The Leader’s Journey™’ research programme for 30 Senior Managers in the off-shore division

SENTRA provided engineering and management training for 60 member companies situated along the Thames Estuary.

Designed, delivered and assessed management programmes accredited by the Chartered Management Institute

Advised member companies on their learning needs and managed internships for engineering apprentices

Doubled capacity and revenue in the Management Development Division over a two year period
